I have considerable experience working with the various FERC regulations. I have spent over 24 years working in or managing the FERC’s compliance program within the Office of Chief Accountant. I served in various supervisory positions as a member of the Division of Audits. In my last 14 years before leaving FERC, I served as the Director of the Division of Audits. During the period I was employed at the FERC, we maintained an effective compliance program that included regular cyclical audits of jurisdictional companies to help ensure compliance with its various regulations. After leaving the FERC, I have assisted regulated companies in resolving issues with the FERC, state regulatory commissions, and other jurisdictional companies.
My detailed resume is available upon request. |
